Reaching out for counselling support can be one of the hardest steps to take—I understand how overwhelming it can feel to ask for help. I’ve been through my own low points when moving forward seemed almost impossible, and I know how invaluable support can be during those times.
As a registered professional counsellor and wellness coach with over two decades of experience in mental wellness and community support, I’m here to meet you where you are. Whether that means sitting with you in the tough moments or helping you find the strength to take the next step, my goal is to walk alongside you at your own pace.
I believe in having a toolbox of different approaches because each individual is unique. Somatics, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based practices, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are just some of the modalities I use to create a personalized and collaborative counselling experience. My Trauma-Informed, Strength-Based approach focuses on recognizing and nurturing the resilience you already possess while tailoring our work to fit your unique experiences, challenges, and goals.
